I am sure everyone keeps hearing rumors of the many developers that have halted building, selling and even going bankcrupt.  I guess our society loves the gossip of someone losing especially someone they know. 

As far as my research tells me things are slowing down but projects that have already began are not being halted none of the big developers are going bankcrupt.  Jordan banks do not have a liquitdy problem like the banks in the U.S. and lending was never easy to get. 

Jordan is experiencing a correction that is very healthy for the real estate sector.  You do not want the market to keep going up like the U.S. real estate sector.  In addition many of the purchasers of homes and real estate in Jordan use cash so many people do not have to sell like they do in the U.S.

Let's shut those who keep spreading the rumors.
