It has been a while since I have posted a blog and made updates to the site but have sold a few of my businesses in the U.S. and I will be focusing more on the website and teaching people more about investing in Jordan. In addition if you have certain knowledge that you would like to share about Jordan, you can submit your article by becoming an author of the site. All articles will have be reviewed before posted.
Recently I spoke to a Sales agent for Damac Properties (www.damacproperties.com) one of the largest developers in dubai. She told me that she just launched a small 8 story tower adjacent to the Heights project in the Abdali. I asked her what the price was starting at which I was shocked. She told me that the price is 2300 per meter.
Which has more than doubled in the past year and half. This has happened before anything has been built.
I don't think that we are no where near the peak. As the years go by the cost of material has been increasing over 10% so your investment will go up at least that amount. As instablity in the region continues to increase, Jordan will continue to thrive and expect prices to triple within the next 4 years.
You have to be careful with who you deal with and where you buy. You need to deal with large companies who have proven themselves to provide a rate of return to it's investors.
There are lots of projects that I will be discussing in the upcoming months as I interview developers. If there is an interest in any project I discuss, please feel free to contact me at wasfisamaan@gmail.com
