There are some investors who have the ability to invest in countries they have never been in but the majority of us want to be comfortable investing in another country.  This is why I recomend anyone thinking of investing in Jordan or abroad to get on an Airplane and visit that country.

Every year I go to Jordan, I see unbeleivable growth, advancment and progress towards a better Jordan.  Jordan is still in it's infancy in this growth period.  You have to be very selective on the projects you look at.

Before you decide, you should do your homework on which projects you are interested in and narrow down your potential investments to three.  This way you can visit each corporate office and ask lots of questions.

Every developer will have different payment options but they are very similar in that you don't pay any interest on the balance you owe.  In most cases, by the time you pay 50% , your invesment would have increased by 10%-30%.

I feel that by the year 2010 we will see many things stabilize as this is the year that many projects are due to be completed.  It will be a test to see which areas will increase more than others and which area residents will flock to.

What ever you decide, never make a decesion without speaking to someone who has purchased in Jordan and has done well.  If at any time you would like to learn more about certain projects, feel free to contact me at wasfisamaan@gmail.com .  I have built many relationships with developers, builders, bankers, and attorneys that can help you in your decesion to invest.
