Established in 2005, our primary goal is to create world class real estate projects in Jordan, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
Since its inception, CLDI has grown from a company with starting capital of 6 million Jordanian Dinars to a 12 million Jordanian Dinars publicly listed company in The Amman Stock Exchange (Stock Symbol: ATTA).
Currently, the company has three main projects in development with many more in the planning stages. The most notable current project is Dabouq Heights Residential Compound that offers an exceptional urban lifestyle experience. This, together with the Sweifieh Residential Building and the Um Uthaina Commercial Building, are the key projects to be completed by 2009 - 2010.

Today, CLDI continues to scan the market for new, viable investment opportunities, while keeping an immediate focus on the timely completion of its state of the art projects. Future plans include logistics and storage facilities in the Raqeem area on a plot of 40,000m2 land area, a high-end residential compound in Um Al Kundom area, as well as a 24 storey tower in the Dehair area and a 13 storey tower in the Deir Ghbar area.
In 2006, CLDI launched its real estate subsidiary, Cityplex. Cityplex is a pioneering, first of its kind, real estate services center in Jordan. Using a highly sophisticated online portal, it makes it easy for the customer to find useful information on the real estate market in Jordan and can hold millions of offers complete with maps, videos, satellite images and reports.
CLDI will continue to have a strong presence as a long-term entity in the property development sector in Jordan thanks to its strategic, well planned and creative expansions, coupled with flawless execution and a commitment to excellence.
