facilitate positive investment opportunities in the real estate industry, and to design, plan, and execute
real estate development projects.

the industry since the 1980s. This experience is evident in landmark projects and developments
comprising residential complexes, villas, kindergartens, malls and offices, workshops and commercial
projects, as well as numerous other successful investment activities in the ICT and agricultural sectors.

as much as it is the fruit of the joint efforts of several experts, consultants and specialists, beginning
with a study group, a design and engineering team, and ending with experienced and highly acclaimed
